Today I am going to do a review on two Maybelline foundations which I have tried and tested. Hope it will give you bit more information on this product and help you decide when you are trying to buy one of these products. This review is purely based on my experience of using this product and you are free to put your own comments if you have tried this product.
Maybelline Dream Matte Mousse
Maybelline Promise- Revolutionary whipped formula provides an air-soft, perfect matte finish coverage, with a weightless feel. Color pigments offer superior coverage, blends effortlessly for a soft, natural-looking and even-toned result.
This foundation is available in 16 shades so it offers people more choice and its coverage is very good. It is wonderful for covering blemishes and blends very well into skin for even finish as promised. The only cons is that this product is best suited for normal skin as it is powdery. If you have dry skin then your flakeyness of your skin will actually show and if you got oily skin then it gets stuck on pores. Therefore, this product is best suited for normal skin.
The only thing I would suggest is that people with dry skin to use a moisturiser first, and to wait for it to soak in then apply foundation for the best results.
Maybelline Dream Liquid Mousse
Maybelline Promise- Air-whipped formula provides skin perfecting coverage, smooth, 100% pore less finish with natural luminosity, air-brushed natural perfection, blends effortlessly for a flawless, air-brushed finish, oil-free, fragrance-free, safe for sensitive skin and good for all skin types.
This foundation has got air brushed finish which gives flawless finish. It blends in very well and looks natural. It never goes cakey and feels soft. It also made my pores looks smaller. This foundation in particular has been designed well. It has got pump and you can lock it after use. Also pump helps you to squeeze the right amount of foundation you need and
it is good for all skin types.
The only cons of this product it gets bit oily after couple of hours. Avoid using this product with face primer as it makes you face look very oily if you use with primer.
Out of these two products, I prefer liquid one as it suited with my skin best than matte one. When I used matte one it made my skin flake in areas where my skin is dry. I used matte for couple of months but now I use liquid one as it gives perfect coverage and does not make my skin flake. I would recommend people to use liquid one than matte mousse.

From the time you open it, the life and effectiveness of the product decreases and bacteria grows. Treat makeup products with care. Keep them in a dry, cool area and remember any cosmetic that changes texture, or smell, should be discarded immediately.
Eyebrow threading originated from India and is widley used in India and Middle east. Even salons in western countries are widely offering eyebrow threading services to their clients now. In current suitation, the popularity of threading has sky rocketed and many celebs are using threading as a method of eyebrow hair removal. It is a very different technique than any other hair removal method as it involves twisting a double stranded thread, which is always made entirely of cotton and once hairs are woven into the thread, they are then pulled out. This threading technique is not just for eyebrows but can be also be used to remove other facial and body hair.
The main benefits of threading is that the results are know to last longer until three to four weeks because it does not irritate the skin and putting toner over the area you threaded helps close the pores left open from the hair removal. It is not expensive and they do not use any chemicals at all. Eyebrow threading can be bit painful than tweezing but it is not as painful as waxing.
Eyebrow waxing has been practiced in western countries from many decades. It involves applying either cold or hot wax over the part of the eyebrow to be waxed then strip of muslin or linen is applied over the wax and massaged into the wax. After the hair stucks to linen or muslin it is ripped off quickley. Waxing may offer good shapes, it is likely that they will not be nearly as precise as the shape that you can achieve through eyebrow threading. Eyebrow waxing is something best left to the professionals only because applying molten wax to the brow area near your eyes could end you to A&E as it takes specific training and years of experience to really master this technique. Some people can have sensitivities towards depilatory wax so it could trun into nightmare.
From my own experience, I love threading more than waxing. I had my brows waxed once and it was very painful. I was not happy with the results as well. Threading does hurt a bit but it is more accurate than waxing or tweezing. Threading is the best way to get your eyebrows done because when you wax them its taking part of your skin off every time. I would recommend threading to everybody.
